2. PLS PROVIDE MOBILE NUMBER OF PAX TO BE GIVEN IN BOOKING, IN CASE NO NUMBER IS PROVIDED WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE IN FLIGHT INFORMATION, IF PASSENGER MISSES THE FLIGHT WE ARE NOT LIABLE IN ANY MEANS- IF THE AIRLINE SAYS THAT THEY HAVE INFORMED AGENCY ABOUT THE DELAY WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE AS MANY A TIME AIRLINE COUNTER STAFF SAYS THAT INFORMATION IS GIVEN TO AGENCY BUT IN REALTY NO INFORMATION IS PASSED ON.

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE RECEIVED BETWEEN 9 AM TO 9 PM, FOR ANY CANCELLATION BEYOND THIS TIME, WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY CANCEL THE TICKET DIRECTLY WITH THE RESPECTIVE AIRLINE, AND LATER INFORM US FOR REFUND.

4. CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED TILL 3 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULE DEPARTURE OF THE FLIGHT, IN CASE OF ANY URGENT CANCELLATION WE ADVISE YOU TO KINDLY CANCEL DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE.
